About DECfinder

DECfinder is a knowledge-preservation archive of documents from the USAID Development Experience Clearinghouse (DEC) and related programs — evaluations, assessments, technical reports, studies, and guidance produced across decades of international development work.

The archive brings six collections together under one search: USAID DEC, DRGLinks, USAID MOMENTUM, Urban Links, USAID Advancing Nutrition, and Global Waters. The archive is always free — anyone can browse and search without an account, and a free account unlocks document downloads at no cost.

Our mission

These documents represent a substantial public investment in development knowledge. Our goal is simple: keep them findable, citable, and downloadable for researchers, practitioners, students, and the public — for the long term.
